We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your personal, non-commercial use only.

You agree not to:

• Download, copy, or redistribute any content without permission

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the App

• Share or resell access to the App or its content

• Upload malicious code or interfere with the App's functionality

You may create playlists and organize content within the App. You retain ownership of your playlists, but grant us a license to store and display them as part of the service.

The content provided through Amethyst Meditation App is for informational and wellness purposes only and is not intended as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
